  • Had gotten a few quotes from different companies reviewed on yelp but Carpet monkeys went above and beyond and at the best price!! i had a problem with my Bengal cat peeing on my carpet in a specific area, Rick and his wife came over and lifted the carpet to show me the areas and suggested that i replaced the padding because that's where the urine was mostly trapped. Not a single other company even looked or suggested that, and i personally didn't think about it either. They sprayed the carpet above and under with an enzymatic cleaner to slowly get rid of the urine stains and smell. After 48hrs unfortunately the stains and smell were still present, taking pride in his work Rick suggested we spray one more time at no additional price, after the second treatment he still wasn't satisfied and wanted to spray a third time to get the best results possible. When it finally came time to clean the carpets in the whole house and replace the padding, we had achieved the best results possible. I am very happy with the work Rick and his wife did and will be using this company again next time!
