  • Call me a traditionalist but I don't think Sushi should be ordered like a Chipotle Burrito and when my roll is rolled I think a Sushi Chef should be doing the deed and not a machine. That being said, Welcome to How Do You Roll. I got to give it to the founders of this place for coming up with a sushi spin to the fast casual market. They are also smart to offer a "Happy Hour" where rolls are on discounted pricing. If you're looking for sushi somewhere between the quality of a grocery store and a nice restaurant give this place a shot. Maybe you'll like it?
