  • Had an appointment, still took longer than they said and the list of needed repairs was unbelievable. I asked them to itemize them for my husband to look over. Went in for prepaid oil change. Paid $52.00 will go anywhere else next time. They charged $20 for two light bulbs. I don't know a lot about cars but I can replace light bulbs and auto zone has never charged that much for two. If they think they are getting more money from me they are crazy. Not even willing to go back for the rest of the pre paid oil changes.
