  • I wish zero stars was an option. This place is literally the DMV of orthopedic medicine. As a patient, you will enjoy being on hold forever and then communicating with an auto attendant who will recite the endless rules of being a patient. If you ever speak to a human she will be rude. If you complain she'll claim you "caught them on a bad day". Either way you'll wait a month for a visit. I think these guys also manage the VA. Then again maybe it's all just what we have to get used to in the post Affordable Care Act era. I miss real doctors.
