  • I brought my jacket in to have the zipper replaced. The person behind the counter seemed pleasant as we were discussing the problem and the price for the replacement zipper. Honestly we spoke about the zipper in great detail. He even repeated the words "Zipper replacement" when I first mentioned what I needed. I was given a ticket and told to come back in two days. When I came back to retrieve my jacket they were nice enough, I paid them and left. Ten minuets later I was home and couldn't wait to try out the new zipper. To my surprise,The zipper was never replaced or even repaired. I immediately got on the phone with them and the man on the other end of the phone claimed that he had no record of me ever being a customer. When I explained I was just there ten minuets earlier he then checked a second time and then claimed I never said anything about zipper replacement, when I came in so they just decided to dry clean it, even though I never once said anything about dry cleaning. Of course I explained to the man I never wanted the jacket dry cleaned. The only thing we ever discussed was the zipper replacement. He then told me it was simply a miscommunication and that if I would bring the jacket back they would fix the zipper as originally requested When I got there I was told that they can replace the zipper but I will need to pay an additional 25.00 . They never offered to refund the 4.25 for the dry cleaning I never wanted. Basically I ended up being ripped off for 4.25 with no refund and now he was trying to get more money out of me for an issue he told me over the phone he would fix, so I took my jacket and left while there was still money in my pocket. In my opinion this has to be one of the most poorly run, dishonest business I've ever dealt with.
