Sorry but this store is so disorganized. People don't know who or how things are done. Ordered 90 rolls of sod on a Friday for delivery the following Tuesday. Said it would be delivered in the AM. It's 7:00 PM and still no sod. Stopped in the store so they will call the sod vender to be sure it was on the way. Of course, had to talk to 4 people for them to tell me it was on the way. Just called Home Depot and no one knows anything. Vendor is closed until tomorrow morning and just feeling frustrusted. Have a landscaper coming tomorrow to finish irrigation lines and lay sod. It wouldn't be so bad however, they have already debit my account for the sod. I think they should train their employees how to respond in a more responsive manner. I was placed on hold the first time for about 8 minutes and tonight around 14! What ever happened to good old fashion customer service! If their vendor cannot meet deadlines or delivery dates, then they should be seeking another vendor! This is just wrong.
