  • I just leased my third Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer and Guy was my salesman on the last two. I don't understand the bad reviews for this dealer as all my experiences have been professional, courteous, and above board. The Jeep I wanted wasn't on the lot, but Guy found one in Michigan that matched my needs exactly and drove out the next day to bring it back to Brook Park, OH. When I arrived to pick it up the next day, the paperwork was all ready to be signed. My entire time spent with John the finance manager totaled 10 minutes. I am a Jeep fan and will return to Spitzer for my future vehicles.
