  • This place has the worst customer service. So I drove up to get some tires. The minute I went in I didn't feel the vibe the owner and his kids were giving. But I needed tires ASAP because I needed to get to Cali and no other tire shop near me carried tires for a Mercedes Benz. But any how, I bought tires and got them balanced. I drove home and as I was going to work the next morning I heard a very loud rumbling noise. So my boyfriend took my car this morning around 10am to have them check it out and the guy there refused to look at the car and said come back at 3 when the owner is there. so my boyfriend leaves to keep piece and comes home to tell me. I was SO Livid, that doesn't fly with me. I called and right away the guy said owner is in Mexico but I can come now to fix it. I hauled my ass down there and believe it or not my tire had Busted. I was so mad if I jumped on the highway to Cali and I had a horrible accident myself, my daughter and my boyfriend would have been dead. God was on my side. Most annoying part they didn't even apologize for that and as we left we said thank you to one of the assholes and he ignored that. I felt like saying F*** You PunkA** but this is yelp. Let me calm down
