I've never been treated so well at a pho restaurant before. I don't know if the guy is the owner or not but he is so kind, generous, polite and soft spoken. Customer service is on point!! Knows sale pitch too ;) "Did you save room for dessert?" The restaurant is beautifully decorated. His daughter must be an artist or something. There's beautiful artwork hanging around the restaurant and they are up for sale too. Now for the food. Pho is delicious!! Not sweet and not too cinnamon-ie. Very generous portion of noodles and meat. They had bubble tea/boba tea as their special. It wasn't the slushy that most boba joints in NC make, it was a real fruit drink with real fruit in it. Because they used real fruit, they are limited in their flavor choices. I normally don't like strawberry flavored anything but my boyfriend got it and I got a taste of it. It was so good!!! Boba pearls were freshly made and def were not sitting around. They had a coconut cake for their special. I mindlessly thought it was the asian coconut cake that's steamed but it's a typical regular cake. It was delicious nonetheless! The frosting was perfectly whipped and very coconutty. It's only my second time here but I already love it and will come regularly. My only complaint would be the location. You will have to make a u-turn to get to it if you're coming from the other side. Worth it though!!
