  • I ordered a trundle bed for my grandson to sleep on when he visits. During installation it turned out to be defective. They left with only two bolts holding it together and promised to return with proper hardware. Long long story short, it has been 6 months with me calling every few weeks. They send out installers with no instructions, no materials. Installers take pictures and leave messages with delivery department which is a joke. They are promising me a new bed and I am determined to keep at them no matter how long it takes. A store like this deserves to go out of business.
