  • This place is definitely not what it used to be, loud, hot and sweaty, not to mention the dirty tables. The employees, mostly teenagers and usually nice, decided to bring the back kitchen operation upfront, constantly grinding ice (I'm not talking about the blenders, insulated for noise), causing unbearably loud noise for 45 minutes nonstop. The store lacks air conditioning and is uncomfortably hot; there was a small fan initially installed upfront for the customers convenience, they decided to move it behind the counter for them, leaving customers in the heat. When I spoke to the manager Micheal who I knew for years since he was a buser, he first pretended that the noise was coming from next door, when I confronted him that his excuse was ridiculous, he thumbed his nose, turned his back and said bye!! Unfortunate, because we used to like this place, but there are many other boba places in town; we found better, and we're not coming back!
