  • Very unhappy with the call center answering service when trying to book service. I called and left a message wanting to book a software upgrade on the highly touted Mbrace system. I never received a call back. I called a few days later and again received the call center. I wasn't confident in ever receiving a call back so said no message. I called our sales rep and told him about our issues and never got a call back from him either. I called the dealership directly and got no answer. I waited about an hour and tried again and finally got the receptionist. She was very understanding and walked to the service department and got someone to speak to me. I booked my appointment and showed up today for service and they didn't have the reservation... Stacy listened to my frustrations and did arrange the service to be done for me today while I was here. This needs to be corrected. I'm not thrilled about having to book anything else here in the future. I'm not a Scottsdale fan but may need to check their service department instead.
