  • We've been driving Lexus vehicles for almost 20 years. They're wonderful, especially the 2017 models. Not so with all dealers. We had superb service from two dealers in Connecticut, but moving to Scottsdale and placing a new lease with Bell Lexus of Scottsdale was very troublesome. More than $1,000 of dealer add-ons were not disclosed to us at the time of the sale. Management was completely unresponsive and even argumentative. In frustration, we contacted Lexus U.S. and, as expected, they made everything right. If you can go elsewhere to buy or lease a Lexus, I suggest you do so.
