Working with three in-home care companies one generates an idea as to how the field works - excluding Hyde Park.
Hyde Park's standards definitely exceed those within the current market not only for their employee's expectations but with the type of care that should be delivered. I have never worked for an in-home care company - or a company to say the least - that has had the boss (Polly Morris) work shifts similar to their employees, while simultaneously run things efficiently. Sure there are times when needs are not met but Polly always seems to have a solution, whether the issue arises at 2 a.m. in the morning or 10 p.m. at night.
The mission of Hyde Park is to provide consistent and quality care. I have gained much experience dealing with client's within the Valley area ranging from Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's, to Post-operative care.
Hyde Park is definitely a joyous company to be a part of both internally and I'm sure externally.
