| - Great service. Charged the low price he quoted, which is great since it's a big 3000 square foot (new to us) house, mostly carpet. Also did our micofiber couches with tons of cushions.
These guys were great. Rick, the owner, either answered the phone every time or called back shortly, was flexible with time we asked for and showed up when he said they would. All interactions were extremely pleasant. How refreshing to receive outstanding customer service in a pre-zombie apocalyptic world, but I digress. Both the owner and employee had great attitudes, trustworthy and fast. My partner was so impressed he picked them up lunch and made sure to leave a tip for the kid.
After the amazing carpet cleaning dried, I noticed a few stains/marks on the carpet as I was "fluffing" (another name for the dry post-cleaning recommended vacuuming, nothing else). I called the guys a few days later, as I am extremely OCD but do not like to use the commonly used term "anal". I asked them if anything could be done about the two small dark spots in various rooms and the big red one, that had come up on the stairs.. They offered to come the next day to try to take the stains out. I told them they didn't have to since it was Thanksgiving eve, but Rick said we were paying customers and wanted to make sure we were happy and fully satisfied. I was surprised again at the high customer service level, although I shouldn't have been. Either way, I LOVE feeling important!
Sure enough, he came the next day in the window of time promised. Again with a pleasant attitude and didn't make me feel bad for calling them back. They were so happy to see their finished product. Said they rarely get to see the 'afters', just the 'befores'. Then he used some super special unicorn blood stain remover to get that ugly red stain out that haunted me everytime I walked down the stairs. No more (insert happy dance here) that ugly stain is OUT!!! For the other two dark spots which were pretty small and hard to see since it's a multi colored carpet he offered to reclean or patch. He took the time to explain to me if he cleaned again then they would have to wait for the carpet to dry if they didn't come out to patch them up. Since the carpet was a little crunchy possibly indicating a burn he patched the two spots and they are as good as new! Normally there is a restoration charge but he let it slide. Who does that? The owner of a small business can. He is one of the rare guys who's word is his bond. I'm so used to salesman offering one price then adding all sorts of additional fees. Not here, when he agreed to do a job for a price he honored it and even went above and beyond- working on a holiday doing restoration?!? Who does that? These guys,

So long story short or if you've skipped ahead to the summary: I'm thrilled with the service. The couches and carpet are amazing. I'm so happy yelp led us to carpet monkeys and I wouldn't change a thing about our experience. Let's support our local business and not feed into monster corporations, like Stanley. These guys offer true customer service and great cleaning since their business depends on it!
We're planning on using them for our old house before we list it and to clean mattresses. I highly recommend these guys!
