  • I was out of town for a couple of weeks so I needed up scheduling SlideRight to come out to complete the work upon my return. They called the day before to confirm my appointment. Then Justin the same tech who did our estimate called the morning of to confirm his arrival time, which was on time. Justin was friendly, professional and answered all of my questions and got right to completing the job. He proceeded to replace the weather stripping in all 6 of our sliding doors, something many companies do not do anymore, installed security (Charlie) bars on all the doors, replaced the rollers in one of the doors, installed a new screen door on that same door, and swapped out a handle/locking mechanism from a seldom used door to the one we use the most and then replaced another screen on our kitchen window. The work was done exactly to the specifics we wanted and at exactly the price we were quoted. Our 36 year old sliding doors now function as well as possible, are more efficient, don't rattle in the wind or when we open an outside door anymore and this has bought us a few more years to decide on how and when we want to upgrade the doors, which is essentially all of the windows in our home as we have only 3 windows and 6 sliding doors in our whole place. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing sliding door repair. They do installs on sliding doors in showers too FYI. Thanks SlideRight for finally completing the work we have been waiting for all summer due to the incompetence of your competition who gave us the runaround, but you picked up that dropped ball, passed it to your man Justin, and he three-pointed it with nothin' but net doing the work!
