  • This company hasn't pleased me or gave me a wow factor at all. I got to move to a new city and into a new condo that no one has ever lived in before. They broke my gabel when installing it so I had to wait three months without one. Then when we finally got the new placement they couldn't finish the job in one day. Me being in construction has a good idea how long some things takes to install. And this shouldn't be any longer then 1.5 hours. So when they finally came back a second time to put trim on the edge to cover the wood and caulking around the edges they somehow broke/chip the gabel in two places, instead of fixing it I came home to be disappointed again. I had to call customer service to have them come and look and see what they did then it took another day or two until they could come and fix the issue. I'm very disappointed with their services. And I also came home to my clean dishes on the floor and all my things on my counter all over the place they didn't bother putting stuff back to where they found it. This contractor does not take pride in his or hers work.
