  • One of my most favorite festivals in the city, but every thing you read in the other reviews both good and bad is true. Over crowded, over rated, too many of the same vendors from other festivals, not overly unique. If you know where to go, some amazing treats though. I will usually spend a few hours each day at this festival. I just like it.
