  • Great location for a Japanese style cheesecake! This store is shared by Sweet Jesus and Squish, perfect for your everyday hipster needs. I do think that Japanese Cheesecake is not for everyone - if you are used to New York Style Cheesecake then most likely you would not like the light taste of this cake (they always have samples though, so try it before you buy!). However, for someone who does like the cake, the cheesy taste here is a bit faint but otherwise it is perfectly fluffy and smooth. Personally I find it tastes a lot better once chilled. They also sell cheesetarts here in five flavours - original, matcha, chocolate, blueberry and strawberry. I think matcha is the best as it goes well with the red bean paste. The cheesetart is ok, not very cheesy ($10 for 3 or $3.99 for 1).
