| - I went in for an upgrade and left with samsung 6 ( which I m happy) and an useless tablet, just too big than a phone. Too small to really see anything, don't really need it but they said it as included in the upgrade( which I thought meant free), which is not really true. It is a piece of crap, they try to add to your service- cannot return after 15 days grace, which should be longer, since you don't see all the added charges til u get your new bill 30 days later. Verizon is ripping you off. Don't be fooled by these sales people, they probably on commission and don't tell you the hidden cost. Til u get your next bill, be very wary. $40 access fee to activate tablet and $10 a month added charges, plus equipment charges too, which they claim they told me. I m not hey only one they shammed, beware when going here. Next time I ll go to costco, anywhere except a verizon store, stuck on a 2 yr contract- for tablet?????? Fyi they s threaten to flag my account, I ve been a verizon customer 20 yrs . Verizon used to give you all up front charges right there at store, then you will not be shocked what additional charges besides service is stuck and snuck onto too bill, and not send info via email, as not everyone reads every email they get?
