  • TOTAL RIP OFF! I bought some food via phone order. They charged me more than double the shipping and refused to refund the difference. The manager Rebecca was very rude about it.... saying that it was for the trouble of helping. I would assume that the money you are making off my purchase would be worth helping me and you wouldn't need to add a fee. Never again sorry that my business (over a $50 order) is not worth the time it takes to put it in a free priority mail box....
