So I totally understand about controlling your costs. I am all for it. So tell me why INSTEAD OF TELLING ME I HAD TO PAY, she just tells me no, I just can't have it. I explained to her I didn't expect to get the PHO veggies for free.
Then, when I asked for extra veggies of WHAT COMES WITH IT, I am charged another $2?!?
Come on. The location on JONES and Spring Mountain HAS NEVER EVER EVER charged for extra veggies.
ON TOP of the AWFUL customer service I experienced from the elderly woman at the register. She's rude and interrupts you when you are asking questions.
If I could give negative starts for the experience I had tonight, I would. -- $4 for veggies. Absolutely unbelievable. More than HALF the cost of my actual food I ordered. There is something WRONG with that picture, especially when I get home and see THE VEGGIES ARE SKIMPED ON ANYWAY!!! (Hahah!) Geeeez man.

I ordered egg rolls and asked for extra veggies - 1 bag of what usually comes with it and another of what comes with the soup. Instead of offering to have me pay a little extra, the woman just straight up tells me "no" / "no what?" / "you cant have that. We can't do that."
Now, I didn't say this to her, but I'm just thinking TJ myself, what on earth do you mean you "CANT" do that? I am a paying (AND RETURNING) customer for crying out loud.
It's the LITTLEST things that can either bring your consumers BACK or ensure they bad mouth you to whoever they know that will listen; ultimately resulting in loss of business for your establishment.
I mean, really? A bag of veggies? How petty can you people seriously be?
