  • I'm a regular that goes there every weekend and ever since the grey hair manager left this place has been going downhill. For example yesterday I went there and ordered 6 doughnuts but I wanted 3 of them to be their fancy doughnuts (that would leave 3 left of the regular ones). They acted like I asked them to split an atom or something. It was so bad that the manager didn't know what I was talking about. Then I usually get an XL hot tea and was told that large was the biggest that they have. I said I get it all the time and the reluctantly gave it to me. Sorry customer service.
