I went with my friend to see her dog who had been taken to this clinic as an emergency. She was met at the door by the doctor telling her prognosis was bad and she should consider euthanasia, this was BEFORE she had seen her dog. We didn't know if he had been hit by a car or attacked by a dog. The doctor decided it was a hit by car even though he was told the dog was wet and slimy and a puncture wound was found. Good news, nothing broken. He would never listen. Good news this cute little guy has survived. She has taken him home and found the second set of puncture wounds. He is on antibiotics but his owner worries that the antibiotics will be enough since these second wounds were never shaved down or cleaned. The one star is for the techs and front desk who were supportive and uplifting, they were great.Dr. Sancho needs to listen and remember these are people's babies. And him being right is the LEAST important! He owes her an apology!
