Today, I stood more than 1 hour to get line at the information desk from the very early morning. Suddenly my wife ( the applicant ) went to the restroom when my line is up. The front desk asked me the documents to enter to computer, in fact they need the phone number only to enter to the computer and check that we have all documents needed or not, what a lier ! ( This is not the first time we came to take the test here, we knew what they need to enter to the computer, even they never look on the documents. But today was Saturday, The front desk needs to cut off the customer line because it was too long... ) I asked her for only 30 seconds to call my wife, but she refused and said that I need to go back the line and wait for more 1 hour. I have to go to work in 1 hour, then I walked out. There are so many ways to resolve this issue in the fair way, but this Saturday team was really un-trained and too disappointed.
