  • Took the car for an oil change, very simple you would think... but after leaving and opening the hood they had left the oil stick laying flat on top of the engine and the coolant cap off. They said they topped the coolant, but it was low when we checked it. Not the type of results I would expect from a simple task of changing the oil and topping fluids.
