  • It's so nice to go someplace where the people are friendly and actually helpful. I'm on a home improvement kick, which I totally blame on HGTV, so having a great hardware store in the neighborhood with all of the basics is key. Ian in the lighting department has become my new best friend. He's found me on several occasions staring at ceiling fans and sconces just completely lost and has helped me out. When Ian isn't there, it's almost guaranteed that another employee will walk by and ask you how they can help...even if you aren't in their department. The other reason I am a fan of this Lowe's location is their return policy. They give you three months to make a return, so if you get home and don't get to your home improvement project for a while, you have time to return if your purchase doesn't work out. Even if you install it and it breaks (and you don't have the box anymore), they will still take it back! Thanks, Lowe's, for making the home improvement process a little easier. You're great selection, friendly staff and awesome return policy will keep me as a loyal customer!
