  • So contrary to some other recent reviews, I had a completely positive experience with A & R . From my initial contact with 2 different receptionists to my final service with David, everything was handled in a very friendly, professional and even educational manner. It has taken me 3 years to find a company that could actually diagnose and fix my issue with my A/C unit. Needless to say, I'm a very happy customer and I highly recommend this company.
