Wow, had a horrible experience tonight, ordered 2 burgers and told the manager Matt, no sides as in no fries, just the burgers. Got home and the 2 burgers didn't have buns. Called back and Matt said he misunderstood my order, he then offered to give me the buns if I drove all the way back(not that he cared that my food would get cold), I said no, thanks. I waited for him to say, I'm sorry and next time you come in, I'll make it right and get you 2 new burgers. No, he refused. I guess the farm grill doesn't care about customer satisfaction? Please look to companies like Costco and Southwest Airlines who know how to take care of customers.
