rev:text	We hired this outfit several years ago to rat proof our Sedona residence. They did a good job of trapping and removing the pack rats that infested the crawl space beneath our home but I thought the price was off the charts for the work they did. Granted, they screened the crawl space vents and added some flashing around the crawl space entry door but $7,000 is a lot of money. They were initially pretty dependable and responsive to follow up calls. I got the sense that they were experiencing financial difficulties or employee turn over issues. On a positive note, the trappers they sent for follow up work were knowledgeable, dependable and friendly. Once they got there, they were pretty good about returning to check traps, etc. My biggest beef with this company concerned their warranty. When they first sold me on their service, I was told there would be a lifetime warranty for follow up work as needed which seemed appropriate considering the high price for their service. When I received a final invoice with a written warranty it was only for 2 years. I complained to the then owner Josh. I believe they did return well after the 2 years for follow up work but I recall that I was charged for additional service. Although RP is probably the only company that was willing to trap and remove the infestation from our residence, I believe they charge too much and are a poorly managed company. I understand this isn't the most attractive profession to engage in but the cost seems too high for what I received. Not surprised to read that they are now bankrupt.
