  • Hi Sharing my home buying experience with AWH. Not doubt about there construction but their sales representative and Main office are the worst. I had a real estate agent representing me, Initially i filled out his paperwork but due some error i had re do the paperwork, sales person tore the previous paper and gave me new one and put the current date. There main office refused to pay my agent because of date mismatch, they manufactured and manipulated the whole situation.. Not a very ethical company to work with.. Also once you sign the initial contract to buy, your emails nor phone calls are returned. Nobody takes a responsibility of their action.
