| - I haven't been to many spas in las vegas, but I've been to many in california . With that being said, some of the spas in california are so beautiful that I can be quite critical of spas.
I recently took my mom to this spa and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed our stay there. We stayed for the day (went in with day passes) and really didn't know what to expect.
Upon arriving , we were greeted by the front desk. I can't remember her name, but she was so sweet and kind. It already made our stay that much better and we hadn't even walked through the spa doors yet.
Before walking in, we were greeted by another woman who offered us slippers and gave us a tour. So kind.
After our tour we quickly changed and went to the steam room. Oh man, the steam room was awesome. They also have a sauna right by the steam room. They have a big "hot tub," as well as a small cold water pool thing.
Right outside this area they have a quiet, relax area. Here you will find , one kind of hot tea, iced water, bottles of water, coffee, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice. They also have some fruit , like apples and bananas as well as granola. My only complaint would be that I wish they had more healthy options, I was told the juices are from a box , concentrate. Though, it really isn't that big of a deal. The staff is constantly on the move, they are always cleaning, organizing and asking if you're doing okay. The spa manager Justin, was also very kind , which gives the place major points.
furniture may need some updating, but overall a really nice spa to go to. It's simple, clean and staff is just awesome. I don't care how nice a spa is, if the staff is rude I wont ever go back. Good thing that was not my experience here.
Will definitely be going back!
