Much better experience this time around! The tech/doctor who I had last who I said seemed revulsed opened up a lot more and had better bedside manners in spades. Found out he also fosters dogs from Iran. He and the assisting tech were gentle and careful with my foster cat and he offered his card and said to contact anytime I had questions.
Once again though, fuckups when it came to billing. I re-sent them the rates for my rescue to attach to my file, hopefully I can stop poring over the bill every time I get it to make sure everything has been invoiced correctly soon!
