Great beer selections as they have 20-30 to choose from, but service is everything to me and they definitely need work on that. Seems like they have a way to go on knowing how their system works or what beers they have on which tap.
A couple of friends and I went after work yesterday, Friday, as we just work down the road. The sun was out and this place has a lower and upper patio to enjoy the warmth while drinking craft beers.
HOW WAS THE SERVICE?
Needs work. There were only 10-12 people in there, including us at the time and service was slow with the lady bartender. She had to ask the people she helped previously what they just ordered after pouring it for them and then brought her paper over to the register to ring it in, but seemed to be navigating her way looking troubled. So 10 minutes of getting there had had past and waiting to order. A guy came down the stairs and went behind the bar and we asked if he was allowed to pour. He said he could pour but had to go up stairs soon after. Pretty sure nothing was going on upstairs. Then he took our order, but needed the menu to navigate his way through the taps. Seemingly so..... this place didn't feel ready to open even if this were a soft opening, they should be on top of it as that spells out how business will be in the future.
The prices were great and the beer selection, and seating was cool, but hope they get it quick and together on service and knowledge of what's on tap. We only had one and went to the other street for drinks.
