I wish I could comment on the quality of their work, but when I recently called to ask about alterations, the person on the other end of the line basically told me that he doesn't have time to answer my questions. Here's a nearly verbatim transcript of the conversation:
Me: "Hi, I need to ask about some alterations to a new suit."
NV Cleaners: "I can't really talk about that right now."
Me (thinking): "Is it confidential? Do I not have security clearance to address this matter?"
Me (saying): "I'm sorry, what do you mean?"
NV Cleaners: "I really don't have time to talk about that right now."
End of conversation. Everyone has bad days, and maybe it was extraordinarily busy, but good customer service is still something that I value, and it was almost comically absent in this conversation.
