  • Well according to most of the other reviews this place needs an internal fix up, not an external. Don't judge a book by its cover! Although they are fixing the place up, added a nice cafe, it still cannot make a horse drink water! Customer service is what it is all about! There is hardly any here. Last year I took my car here for a service. I have pre-paid maintenance plan, so when I walked to the cashier, the young lady said I had to pay. I said no it's covered by my plan. She said she never heard of it. I told her to go ask her boss. He came out and said oh I. Sorry I will fix it in the computer but couldn't print me a new receipt. No clue why but I said ok. So 1 mistake not bad since it what's fixed. Then a few days ago I took my car there again for service, apparently I forgot about that other time. When my car was ready, the guy asked me how I was going to pay? I told him I have pre-pay maintenance plan. He said no it's expired. Well I have no way to check if I'm there and he looked it up so I believed him. I said are you sure? He said " yes I checked twice". I said ok I'll pay cash and paid 45 and change. I'm not working right now so every cent counts! I was not able to check on the plan for 2 days and called Livermore Ford in Cali. I asked them about it. They stated that my plan is not expired and is good until sept. 2016!!!! She also said there is not a way for me to look it up at home. So I ended up calling them today and a nice young guy named Norbert assisted me. Also Mike the mechanic was very nice helping me. The mechanic that did the original oil change was nice too. I tried to get my cash back today but the manager said it would have to be a check"! How does that work? I pay them cash when they want but for their mistake I want my cash back and they say NO! Wait for a check! That's Bs. I am going to ask my friend the car lawyer Lou Liberty about that! Then I told them that after the oil change my car was making a rattle sound in the engine? I was to,d to schedule an appt for a diagnostic. I said ok but would need to wait because it's the only car I have and I can come in Sat at 07. They told me the car would still just sit for a few hours anyway!!! This place surely needs customer service training classes. Someone is not doing their job and prob coming from mgmt. I have been a nurse for 19 years, I'm in the Army Reserve, among other things so I know about customer service. They could have bent over backwards for making the error to begin with. If I was in charge I would make Norbert the manager because he has customer service skills. Another thing I would do is make the staff take or read Dale Carnegie's book/course called " How to Win Friends and Influence People". So now I have to find another Ford dealer to look at my car. I would give 00000 stars if I could!!!! No one has even addressed any of the complaints on here! ......but I'm looking for a job.....
