  • Not knowing anything about jewelry, I was naturally a bit apprehensive about being taken advantage of, as I had little education in the field. Not one to be outdone, I went ahead and had the jewelry appraised to at least get an estimate. Like most people, I just wanted to get the best price for it. Right when I walked into the store, I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and professionalism. The Owner applied no pressure at all, and actually took the time to educate me on how to make an objective evaluation of my jewelry. The guy could not have been more transparent! He went ahead and explained to me how he went about making an evaluation, the margin he had to keep to make a profit, and the process he went through to sell it back onto the market. He went above and beyond the required customer service, but more importantly, never made me feel obligated to go with him, despite spending so much time on me. At the end, I felt Auran was just an excellent business owner with true integrity. I would recommend his services without reserve!
