  • At one time I loved the store. I got a gift card for my daughter and she accidentally threw it away. They told me they were not going to do it for me emphasize the word me her exact words were "I'm not willing to do it for you" which implies if I were someone else they would be willing to do it her reasoning was because... they were afraid that I or someone I knew would come back and use it again so basically they are calling me a thief !!! Why would I would later come back and redeem a card that I cancelled just to get over on them even though I've spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars in the store I'm not worth $50 (my own money..they gained 50 as no itemes were purchased..) as a loyal customer? All i asked was for them to cancel one card and give it to me another card I hate to pull the race card but I'm going to . In looking at other gift card that I had gotten it clearly states that if you bought a gift card with cash it cannot be replaced however I did not buy my gift card with cash I bought it with my debit card. I went to the store and was first told that I could cancel the old gift card and be issued a new one, however then I was later told that there was no way they can make that transaction... even though they were able to check the transaction history and see that I had never used the card. I did not ask for cash I just asked a replacement gift card which they could see had never been used and according to their own policy on the back of a different gift card a gift card may be" deactivated or rejected in connection with a fraudulent action..." someone using that card after it was cancelledb would fit that right? This is their policy not something that I made up. I would give them a -5 because their customer service is horrible I will never spend money at this store and I would implore everyone else to not spend their money somewhere you are merely just a number and not a valued customer I work very hard for my money and I would never give it to someone who does not respect me as a person or a customer! I'll send my money elsewhere
