If you call them, expect to wait on the phone for at least an hour before speaking to someone, and if you go into a branch, expect to wait in line for at least 30 minutes. They need to hire more people! Their customer service has become absolutely ridiculous. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, I do not recommend. I'm actually getting ready to move my accounts elsewhere, after 10 years of banking with them. Arizona Federal just keeps getting worse year after year.
