This establishment does not even deserve 1 star. What a bad experience me and 14 of my family members experienced today. We will definitely will not be going back EVER! My daughter, husband and I arrived at the buffet first while the rest of the family were still parking there vehicles and helping my younger brother out the vehicle which he is in a wheelchair. Once we got to the cashier we specifically explained that we had a party of 14. We wanted to pay for our entry first while the rest of my family got there. The cashier was nice and told us it was no problem. We payed $55.00 plus 9.95 Tip. She specifically told us " we are seating you in a table while the rest of the family gets here, and once they get here they pay and you guys can all seat together". So we sat down and ate and explained everything to out waiter. The waiter said it was fine just to let her know and that we would have a different waiter. 10 minutes later my family arrives and so they get the table and once we go sit this so called manager named Rafael (Hispanic) tells us that we couldn't and that they had rules we didn't know about. He kept telling us that we couldn't seat together and kept arguing with my husband and older brother when we tried explaining him what the cashier had told us. My husband took him to the cashier so she could explain to him what she had told us and what she charged us for. The cashier told him what once we had explained to him and he yelled at her in front of other costumers that she was wrong for doing that and that she didn't know what she was doing. This so called manager was so wrong in so many levels. He as a manager should have had a different attitude and tried to make the problem better which he did the opposite. I for work in costumer service and know how you should treat your costumers. My husband is an executive chef at the Bellagio and knows that's not how you treat your customers. We kept explaining to him everything in English and kept telling us to speak to him in Spanish which, for myself is an insult as if trying to say that we couldn't speak right English while speaking to him. The waitress was more considerate that she went up to this so called manager and asked him if it was okay if she sat us at another different table by our family members. He kept saying no and arguing with my brother and husband for at least 5 minutes. He eventually said okay and we got to sit at a table next to out family not with our family which we had paid for to begin with. To top it off, he kept walking around the tables my family and I were sitting in laughing at us. I have no words for what we experience today. Such a poor costumer service. Sad.
