  • Quality of service: If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Melissa Blase who was our main point of contact made sure everything went smoothly and happen on time for our wedding day. The entire team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. For example towards the end of the night and things were winding down one of the servers name David Ayona-Salinas took the initiative to take photos of our sparkler exit and email them to us the very next day. While that doesn't seem like much it meant a lot to us since our photography had already left for the night. Moreover it wasn't just David's single action it felt as though the entire team was invested in our big day. Responsiveness, naturally I tend to be somewhat impatience which is why I am pleased to give McCormick Ranch a 5/5 on their responsiveness. Melissa always made herself available from the first day we met and even after our wedding. It's a great feeling when you don't have to stress over lack of information or a clear understanding. Professionalism, not to be a broken record but again a 5/5 and here is why. We visited five other venues before McCormick Ranch Golf Club and each time we were surround by questions and felt as if it wasn't the right fit. Once we met with Melissa at McCormick Ranch, there was no doubt in our mind on where we were going to get married. They provided us with a thorough and organized plan that fit our budget and exceeded our expectations. When considering value I think of it in two parts; Part one a bang for your buck - a very competitive price venue. For the view and the service you receive it would be though to bet that price. Part two quality of assurance- Melissa give us her cell number the very first day we met before we had even told her that we were going to have our wedding there. It was almost as if we hired a wedding planner. Her knowledge and service was extremely valuable. She continually went above and beyond with making sure all the little details were in place for our big day. McCormick Ranch was extremely flexible for example they gave us plenty of space days before the wedding to store decorations for our event. They even gave us ample time to pick up items/decorations that were left after the wedding was over. Over all McCormick Ranch worked as a positive and efficient team to make our dream day come true.
