I wanted to like this place, I really did. It's right up the street from me and I was hoping it could be my new breakfast spot I could do my work at. The decor is really cute and country. There population of customers were mostly elderly, getting the feeling they are regulars and have been coming to this spot for years. My server was friendly and prompt. I asked for suggestions and she gave me an idea on what is best here. The wifi wasn't accessible, they didn't have the password. I ordered the eggs Benedict. It was drenched in sauce so so so bad the biscuit was soggy and I had a hard time distinguishing any other flavors outside the hollandaise sauce. I thought, well geez they just make it that way and then as I tried to stomach this dish noticed a lady next to me had ordered the same thing and hers was not swimming in hollandaise sauce. If my waitress had been paying attention maybe she could have prevented the order from coming out or if she would have taken some time to ask how everything was she could have learned about how displeasing this dish truly was.
