I have the smallest unit, 3rd floor by a stairwell and garbage chute; I cannot recommend living here solely because the expectations that were set during tour and signing are not reality; the level of effort on my end it far too high.
Here's a breakdown:
Pros: I love the climate controlled pool, 2 story gym and modernized unit. The gas burning stove and granite counter tops basically sold us. It's a very attractive property with plants and shade that is well kept. Staff were at first easy to work with and there are many amenities. Washer/dryer in unit. My cat s happy with the space. Location is great. One neat thing is that I accidentally left my car unlocked during the night and no one stole from it.
Cons: The price point is high and there are "hidden" fees ( package pickup, common area electrically, parking space); I can actually mortgage the condos next to me for the total price I pay here. Smoking is not permitted but most guests do it anyway ( I don't care, but it says something about how much people respect others and community rules). Major noise sources are dogs, car bass in the parking lot, music, construction from the condos a fence length away, slamming stairwell doors and slamming/ stomping upstairs neighbors, fire trucks/police. I feel bad/guilty when I repeatedly bring anything up to management as I feel like they think I am a burned.
There is a review by Melissa M. from February 2017. I echo everything she wrote.
