| - I ordered flowers for my soon to be mother in law for mothers day, since we live out of state. I ordered them and paid for them online on Friday 5/6/16, to be delivered on 5/7/16. When we didn't hear anything all day Saturday, we asked them if they received anything (trying to keep it a surprise but curious to see if they were delivered). They said no. I called the number on the order confirmation email, and but had to leave a message. No one called back on Sunday (someone HAD to be there on mothers day), so I called again around 1:00. Got an answer, they couldn't locate my order!!!! So now I'm pissed. I told them what my order was and to get it over there ASAP. At 4:00 mothers' day evening, when I am trying to enjoy the rest of my day with my kids and family, I get a call from the delivery guy saying he cant find the house. I can't help him because I don't know the area. I had 5 back and forth conversations with this guy and the manager of the store. In talking to my future sis in law who lives in the same city, she said if you enter the address into a phone map app, it comes right up so she couldn't understand why he couldn't find it. I finally got a message at 7:00pm saying they were delivered. But when we asked her if she received anything she still said no. At this point it's embarrassing because the element of surprise is totally gone. I called and left another angry message with them. When I called on Monday to demand a refund, their answering service picked up saying I needed to call back in 30 mins. In the meantime, I received a text from my fiancé saying the flowers had just arrived...two days late! So why would the driver say they were delivered the night before if in fact they weren't? I think he got tired of looking and gave up. What promoted me to write this review is that I just received an email DELIVERY confirmation that says they were delivered on 5/7/16 which is the day they were SUPPOSED to be delivered in the first place! I think I will do a yelp review now too, since I am all worked up again. I can't believe I had to deal with all this on Mother's Day! How are you still in business?
