HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased the annual maintenance package plan and proceeded to use one cleaning & exam; the hygienist did not know what she was doing, not a good experience. Apparently I had a cavity so couple months later I made an appointment for filling. A couple hours before my appointment I was called and told that my appointment was canceled, of course there was no apology.
I took it as a blessing in disguise I really did not want to go back here so I asked for the balance of my yearly maintenance fee that I had paid to be refunded, The person on the phone said she would check into it. I proceeded to leave two messages over the course of the next couple weeks. I did not receive one call back.
I finally got a hold of someone and asked for the refund; a week later I received a check for $29. What a ridiculous waste of time....I had spent $350 on the package.
I don't recommend going here they are dishonest and do not know how to treat customers, nor how to speak to them.
I will stick with my original amazing dentist Reem Kidess, who I never should have left in the first place.
