  • Prices are good, customer service not so much. They treat you like a number and tell you why they think they're so great. I bought the car because it was a car I'd been shopping around for for a month and drove in from Tucson to see this specific car I ended up buying. Let me be clear, nothing the salesman or general manager did or said helped me buy this car, if anything they almost made my husband and I walk out the door. I could go into specifics but frankly I don't care to waste more time or energy on this dealership. I won't be back as they really couldn't care less regarding me as a person or my time. Rather their sale and numbers and it shows in how they carry themselves. I only looked at one car and was held there for 6 hrs with a baby to complete this purchase on a Tuesday mind you (it wasn't busy). The car has issues that I'm supposed to handle on my own through the warranty. Ugh whatever. I could go on with the bad service but I'll just leave it at that. Go there for the price but know it's not going to be a great experience
