This place has the absolute worst customer service I have yet to encounter. My boyfriend and I were interested in signing up for a membership and as soon as we asked to see the gym Sal, the Assistant manager, steps in to aggressively tell us no we can't, we must pay a $20 fee. My boyfriend then goes to explain that he was a member a year ago but never frequented this location and just moved back to Vegas and was interested in resigning. Sal begins to address him in a very condescending tone saying "you've already had a membership so it's $20 if you want to see it!" I politely tell him it was my boyfriend bringing me for the first time and I haven't seen it before (thinking he would change his tone knowing he was coming back and bringing a potential client). So of course, wanting a commitment out of me he changes his tone and addresses me only, my boyfriend then kindly interrupts us when Sal snaps back at him like a pit bull then ignores him completely shuts him out of the conversation and addresses me again. SERIOUSLY?! Bye! Someone needs to take this guy off of commission and put him on hourly pay or take him permanently off of the payroll. Who in their right mind would put someone like this in the position of Assistant Manager anyways? It's a shame because I really wanted to give it a try oh well, I'll stick to what I know, good ol' 24 hour fitness!
