  • I called in to Mad City after seeing a few commercials. I was able to talk to a person immediately. That right there was great. So many companies have a computer generated messages or to just leave a voice mail. Talking to the guy helped me understand how important great windows are. Setting up and appointment was easy. No hoops to jump through. A guy came put and measured the windows. We talked about other improvements i may need in the future. I decided to have two windows done. The contractors cleaned up and considerate of my home. I am extremely happy i called Mad City!
