I've been a customer at Community Tire Pros (University location) for about 3 years now and I can't say enough good things about them. They're really friendly, have a great reward program for customers and the most important thing is that they're fair. They don't see dollar signs the minute I walk in even though I'm a woman and legitimately don't know anything about cars. They have always treated me the same way that they treat my more knowledgeable husband. That alone keeps me coming back. The reason I'm finally writing this long overdue positive review is that I recently had a flat tire and I went in to get it fixed and to get a much needed oil change. This is not a good month for us financially but they told me that if they could fix it, there would be no charge. Unfortunately the damage was worse than they thought and they advised me that I would probably need to replace that tire at minimum and that I should really replace a second one that was equally worn. When I told them that I couldn't even afford the one tire, they kindly found me a used tire and replaced it! And because I had a free oil change through the rewards program, I walked out of there only paying $16. I couldn't believe it!
I come from a small town where you build relationships with auto repair shops and so this is the sort of thing that I was used to until I moved to Phoenix. I never thought I would find that here and I'm so grateful that I did. I can't thank them enough for going out of their way to work with me. They already had a loyal customer but as long as we live in the area, I'll never go anywhere else.
