The employees at this location need Disney training. They have the worst customer service skills I've seen in a long time which means ALL Holiday Inn properties are this way. They don't care about the customer just the bottom line. Keep my hard earned money you stole from me, but let it be known Amex has wonderful customer service so your in for a fight. Shout out to Dee at Holiday Inn Express PHX airport who hung up on my husband. You need to work where there are no people. I'll never stay at a Holiday Inn property again. I'd advise everyone to stay at Hyatt. They like their customers.I left my number for a manager to call me back. They did not. Do you suppose when we asked the employee her name, she lied? I was told on Twitter so sorry, but too bad. That is your message Holiday Inn. Shame on you!
